Sexist Impressionist

Shakespeare is an artist of literature.I think that what makes Shakespeare so talented aside from his plays being so scandalous during their time is his lack of malarkey. Each word he wrote is a small dot on a great masterpiece of impressionism. When Shakespeare uses imagery, it takes me to the french founder of impressionism, Claude Monet, and his Water Lily
Pond painting. Shakespeare's brilliant diverse vocabulary is like each dot, and each theme, symbol, and tone-use is a new shade. Incase you are curious of the exact painting I mentioned, here it is below.
Perhaps this artist may be skilled, but may we please halt to acknowledge his distorted view on gender roles in society. His entire play focusses on how a proper woman is tamed, like an animal. He expresses that any female voice is silent.
